How we cover the Greater Toronto Area
CondoWorks is based in North York and dispatches crews across the GTA. Emergency calls to our 24/7 line are triaged by phone first, so we can give safe steps to follow and an estimated arrival time based on where the nearest crew is and current traffic. Planned work, such as balcony, exterior and common-area programs, starts with a site assessment and a written scope, wherever the building is.
Because every building has its own contractor rules, we confirm access, elevator booking and work hours with the property manager before mobilizing, in every city we serve.
